@TheRealJHair@shegone03@MLB@facebook Have observed thousands of tour and big league players
All that matters is impact. They all get there differently but they get there. The regular amateur golfer is not better with tech than 50 years ago. Actually tech has made them worse and quitting at an alarming rate.
@shegone03 Grips, bat positions, hand positions , angles all garbage. Balance, seeing the ball. Rhythm, timing and practice everyday learning to hit the ball all over the field where it’s pitched, that’s it. Free advice!!
Take it!
@shegone03@ChezWhizzz Interesting here, I’ve worked with two former major players with over 35years of experience, not only coaching but playing in the big leagues and they keep it so so simple. Almost elementary.
Why is it people who never played make it sound complicated?
@shegone03@RVGDag@TheKineticArm@DrKMcGovernPT@SalMarinello So true and so sad. These people suck.
Kids throw from a mound, practice throwing strikes at 85% effort 4x week for 40 min each time, take your time.
Change grips, learn to throw strikes 1st.
Advice from Leo Mazzone , it works.
That’s it
@DrKMcGovernPT I like this formula worked with my kids, arms always healthy. Only throw 6 months a year. Practice a lot on a mound at 80-85% effort only. Practice strikes and changing speeds. Never over throw or max out. Never used ice or heat or anything but rest. Rest is the only arm care .
