New online! Drug-coated balloon angioplasty for coronary and peripheral artery disease: latest evidence and clinical indications https://t.co/4TyqGr7viw
@SyedYNaqvi1@DrIHHashmi1 Would you DEB D1 after you have already stenting across it? I would probably DEB D1 before placing stent in LAD as some concerns about losing drug going through stent struts
Delighted to share our CYCLOPES design paper, an IVUS‑guided calcium modification trial, which is now actively enrolling across seven European countries and rapidly approaching the halfway point for patient recruitment! @CVRIDublin @RCSI_Irl@CERC

Check out our recently published review article
"Drug-Coated Balloons in CTO PCI."
We review the available research, share some real cases of using DCB in CTO PCI, and provide tips for CTO operators for incorporating DCB angioplasty into their practice.

@realarainmd@melsharabasssy@stefan_harb@KambisMashayek1 Why would you do intravascular imaging after the DCB?
Better to do it once you think lesion preparation is complete to confirm adequate modification. DCB balloon catheter is only to apply drug to vessel wall, not for lesion modification
Delighted to share our meta-analysis evaluating DCB's versus DES in de novo CAD, which included REC-CAGEFREE 1, the largest RCT to date. https://t.co/TGLv75WoEF
