@GinRunner7@Caolan_Scully Sorry but by this standard what does “big Joe McCarthy” offer apart from being big. It is such a USP within Irish rugby and Edwin has been offering pretty close to McCarthys output in defence since his return from injury
@dave_or_chips Couldn’t believe Munster were getting penalised for all of those scrums. And Alaalatoa certainly couldn’t believe it. Porter has been getting away with it for so long due to his power generating forward movement but it’s ridiculous how illegal he often is and gets rewarded for it
@ste_ph_en__@RedArmyPod Beaten by the better team while having the ref on yer side. Take the loss and move on bud you can’t expect to make a statement like that and not have people bring it up when it goes wrong for you
@lmd_3212 Hey buddy, it’s really not this deep. I can guarantee that if it was Siya Kolisi doing the same thing, you be praising him for commitment and putting his body on the line. Personally I think it’s probably one that POM got away with but that’s the nature of rugby 🤷♂️
@JimJones1425 Jim, take a break from posting about rugby because if you think that Beirne’s clear out was an intentional action to injure DuPont under instruction from Irish coaches then you have far too much bias. Beirne’s clear out was initially legal until the second players push.
@adammoursy I get why you’re saying the attack is poor but the majority of that is down to not having the forwards to get us front foot ball. Almost impossible to have a functioning attack when the forwards are losing the majority of collisions
@DJscroberts@athometrave1er@pj1__@PremSportsTV@SimonZebo@StephenFerris6 Completely wrong. A player cannot play the ball on the ground like that, the ref gave a penalty against Luke McGrath earlier in the game for simply trying to pick up the ball while on the ground. Leinster were still going to win the game but that try should never have stood
@JamesMakim27@LaomdhaOscar@RedArmyPod He’s definitely been better than Conan for the last few years. Farrell just wants different type of no. 8 simple as that
@SaulOvah@LeeJarvis10@thepaulwilliams Once again you couldn’t be more wrong with both those statements. Not sure which game you watching that led you to those conclusions because it certainly wasn’t the game on Saturday
@SaulOvah@LeeJarvis10@thepaulwilliams Hahaha fair play it almost takes skill to be this wrong. Aussie defence knew they can be passive and stand off Prendergast because he doesn’t pose any threat as a runner himself. Thought he still had a good game but Crowley is easily as good a distributer and can go himself too
@Jim45dublin He’s been ok, nothing more. All he has to do is catch and pass without ever offering a running threat to the Aussie defence. Doesn’t look physically ready yet but that’s understandable given his age
@JoeQuinn7 @CaolanSRugby Would you not say that this shows his versatility to be able to play a test match in a position he didn’t play for Munster rather than trying to say he’s not a test level 13 which everyone(including Galthie) can see that he clearly is ? Or does that not suit your agenda ?
