Four Israeli 🇮🇱 triathletes were barred from a European Cup event in Londonderry.

The organizing club announced the decision just days before the event, saying they had only recently learned of the Israeli athletes' participation.

Citing Palestinian suffering as the main reason, the club said that no Israeli athlete would participate in the event.

Somehow, barring athletes who have no control or relation to a government will help a conflict. Or maybe their decision is born from something else...

Zowat elke Belgische Joodse organisatie en vertegenwoordiger heeft de antisemitische beslissing van de
Leuvense burgemeester terecht veroordeeld. Toch leest u dit nergens in de Vlaamse pers.
Nu blijkt er in Leuven een zelfverklaarde, vrouwelijke (!) Rabbijn zonder synagoge en gemeenschap te zijn opgestaan die geen probleem heeft met het uitsluiten van mensen om hun nationaliteit en mag er meteen een hele pagina mee vullen in de krant.
