@TUIUK Hi. Yes they did, but that only has the contact details for Madeira airport who don’t have their bag and the Tui rep takes zero responsibility in helping them find it! Really poor customer service which they will be following up once home.

@TUIUK @manairport my parents flew out of Manchester Airport on Monday but their suitcase didn’t arrive with them. The Tui rep doesn’t want to take responsibility & said there is nothing she can do… it is the airports fault!! They have no clothes or essentials…please help!!

@SammualM We've just had our covid antigen tests with Randox, results within 20 minutes and completed the verifly app, so we're good to go now, so excited!!! 😁

@KameekMusic My BA outbound flight to Orlando was cancelled yesterday but they offered me an indirect flight via Miami instead. They said its for operational reasons it's too expensive to staff all these direct flights without a confirmed date.. Who knows!

@christi61081892 @SammualM Have you asked if you can fly indirect? BA did the same to me yesterday, but when I eventually got through to them after 3 hours, they said they can rebook it with an indirect flight outbound via Miami. Worth a try maybe. Hope it gets sorted for you soon 😊

@British_Airways... You have cancelled my flight on 4th November with no explanation why. What about my hotel booking and return flight? I've called you 10 times and it cuts off. Your online chat is unavailable. It is unacceptable to mess people around 3 weeks before departure!
