Budgets are tighter. Teams are leaner. But expectations? They’re not getting lower (higher tbh).
So here’s how creative teams can survive and thrive in this new era:
-Track everything. Show your value and justify your time.
-Build templates. Not everything needs to be custom to be effective.
-Empower others. Free up designers to focus on what actually moves the needle.
This isn’t about doing more with less, it’s about doing what matters, smarter and better.
We all want more staff, but the right tools make a huge difference. @slateteams has been a game-changer.
Don’t freakout—evolve.
In a year that challenged our city, our university and our Bulldogs we pushed through the adversity that came our way.
Our students showed perseverance & love for their sports & their city.
Thank you to everyone who supported us this year!
Until next year, Bulldogs 🫶
Really excited to finally share this project! The first of many in a series we will call ‘Why Asheville’.
Big shoutout to @LoganWiggenhorn who did an amazing job editing this & our intern Danai who led our interviews 🤝

Big South play starts TOMORROW 😤
But before we turn the page - our 9 non-con wins are the second-most for the program and the Bulldogs have reached that number 3 times since the 1986-87 season

The band is officially back together! Super pumped to have @LoganWiggenhorn join our staff and head our ESPN+ productions.
And yes, this does mean the return of our vlog 🎥
Another one for @CharlieFarrar08!
First @BigSouthSports Men's Soccer player to earn four straight Player of the Week honors in a single season!
Five straight POTW honors dating back to last season the most in Big South MSOC history!

For anyone shooting football (or any sport for that matter) for the first time…
Pro-Tip:
Marking clips in-camera makes your life way easier in the edit.
When you get a good clip, hit stop, cover the lens, and record for one second.
Now when you ingest your footage, you can easily identify all of the “good stuff” by looking for the blacked out thumbnails.
