With an aged mother and a 2 year toddler I booked a ticket (6554669920) in summer special 04091 for a journey of 19 hours, paid increased fare than normal. has become a nightmare, 13-14 hrs late with stinking toilets, dirty births, no hand wash. @RailMinIndia @AshwiniVaishnaw

@IRCTCofficial i have been trying to book a ticket since 3-4 days, everytime at 10am(dot) and 11am(dot) IRCTC website stop working and starts working after 4-5 mins only. How a passenger will be able to book then?? pathetic services.

Internet speed is very weak around my area i.e in New Sir syed Nagar, Aligarh. I have 3 connections and i cant use any inside my house. I complained about the same but they closed it without resolving. I am facing this trouble since long.

@BSNLCorporate i respect the tele-executive working with you, but they should listen, understand and then respond to the querry/complaint. They shouldn't act like a robotic dummy and keep on repeating same lines again and again.

@BSNLCorporate i have 3 connection of BSNL, and continuously facing issue of internet connectivity (3g) since the beginning, i complained about the same on customer service but they closed the complaint without resolving and without even communicating with me.
