Still haven't received my money from @FIFAcom after selling tickets mid June for @FIFAWorldCup 2026. Waiting to be contacted for payment details. Hope you're enjoying the interest on everyone's money.

@British_Airways can't make my outbound flight BA2820 tomorrow from Gatwick to Santorini. This is because you cancelled and moved our original booking so we've arranged alternative flights. Don't want to cancel booking as we can still make the return flight BA2821 on 5th October

[Dan Knightley @danknightley]

@British_Airways So you can't help at all with waiving the penalty fee or fare difference even though it's entirely down to BA that our flights have changed?

[Dan Knightley @danknightley]

@British_Airways
PLEASE HELP We booked our honeymoon flights and accommodation through Expedia for Santorini for 27/09 to 04/10. BA then cancelled the flights and automatically booked us on 28/09 to 05/10. Now being told £100 fee and £400 fare difference to change flights back!

[Dan Knightley @danknightley]

@British_Airways @British_Airways I've done this but just seems to be a chat bot responding?

[Dan Knightley @danknightley]

@SkyHelpTeam seeing multiple cases including myself of people not being able to manage Sky Go devices for the last day or so

[Dan Knightley @danknightley]

@djgjjosh It makes me wince. Scum

@ScotRail Just tried to reserve 3 cycle spaces on 18.48 from Loch Awe to Crianlarich. Went back to add railcards and is now saying no spaces available. When will the system free up the spaces again?!

[Dan Knightley @danknightley]

@Srwwaller @secretcinema I maybe sense sarcasm and I've maybe been a fool... but other people have said they got an email weeks ago which I didn't

[Dan Knightley @danknightley]

@secretcinema Hi, I've received the 'Important Operation WILDCARD Update' email today but never received the original with character details etc, I've checked spam...

[Dan Knightley @danknightley]

@greateranglia Thanks!

[Dan Knightley @danknightley]

@greateranglia How do I get a refund form if I booked my ticket as a guest - so cannot go to 'My Account' ?

[Dan Knightley @danknightley]

@greateranglia Thanks! So I call after booking ticket or to book ticket at same time?

[Dan Knightley @danknightley]

@greateranglia trying to book a London to Diss train for this Friday. Do I need to reserve a cycle space and if so how? Can't see this option while booking.

[Dan Knightley @danknightley]

@GWRHelp
Will I be able to use my ticket for this evening's cancelled 20.03 from Paddington to Exeter on service in the morning?
