Hello everyone!
Couple announcements regarding the Digimon Card Battle Unity Project!
Continuing work on Tournament Mode
In Tournament Mode you can unlock the ability to make custom decks using the cards you've unlocked.
Now you can use your custom decks from Tournament Mode in VS COM. That way you can test them against themselves or any deck from Digimon Card Battle!
In the near future you can set COM vs COM to automate a VS match. It will be around this time I will also work on the local multiplayer (VS PLAYER).
When VS Player is implemented local multiplayer will also be supported in Tournament Mode.
0.1.0 Release (Tournament Mode)
Once Tournament Mode has support for local multiplayer I plan on releasing the initial version for you all to enjoy (and test play).
To get to this point I'll be doing lots of bug killing and updating the visual/audio fidelity to be more consistent across the game.

I appreciate everyone who has expressed an interest in this project! It has been really fun recreating the systems and mechanics. I look forward to sharing it with you all and seeing how the community is able to take the Digimon Card Battle format to the next level.
I made a small Discord server for PvP match.
It’s still a bit rough, but feel free to join if you want to find PvP matches.
You’re always welcome to challenge me!

our indie game:
- zelda-inspired mini-MMO
- go questing with 4 players
- meet other teams in shared online world
- crafting progression system
- charming clay world to explore with secrets
- become a chicken if you die
- dark souls style PvP invasions
we scrapped our Zelda-inspired Battle Royale game and turned it into an online adventure RPG that feels like a mini-MMO with top down combat
coming 2026
The Critterbyte HQ is where you go to get your CritTer at the start of your journey. Who will you choose?
It's a very new looking building compared to the rest of the island, but that's tech companies for you.
❄️ New lands to explore.
🏰 Dungeons to uncover.
🪓 Trees to chop.
🏰 Dungeons to uncover.
👤 Mysterious visitors to meet.
You never quite know what you’ll find next in Vexlands, and that’s half the fun.
Lots of players told us that Battle Royale and the live-service model made our Zelda-inspired BR game dead on arrival.
After three years of development, 30K Wishlists, lots of blood, sweat, and tears... we agreed.
We are stopping development on our Battle Royale mode and we are taking Scramble Knights in a new direction.
Scramble Knights Online is now a multiplayer adventure RPG about questing with friends in the shared online kingdom of Terracotta. Explore a sprawling archipelago, embark on adventures, battle monsters, conquer dungeons, discover treasure, and get rewarded. Then return home to upgrade your gear before setting out on your next journey.
You play as a knight-in-training attempting to win the favor of the princess by becoming a legendary hero.
It’s not quite an MMO, but it’s also more than a co-op game. You’ll encounter other players while questing in the world and can form new friendships in the bustling Town Square.
We're building SKO as a shared online experience where players can gather and adventure together.
There’s a new focus on challenging PvE encounters, charming quests, character building, and long-term progression with weapon and armor crafting.
We had to be honest with ourselves — a live-service Battle Royale was not going to work for us.
During the past few months we tested a lot of different modes, both with Discord players and internally. We listened to feedback from play-testers and debated about the direction of the game.
“Adventure with Friends” was always at the core of what we wanted to build. Scramble Knights Online was the best way forward to build upon what we have already developed.
We know this is a pretty big change in direction for the game, so thank you to everyone who found something to love about what we built so far. We will be talking more about our vision for SKO and sharing more as we develop, so make sure to follow us and Wishlist the game (link below) to keep up.
These indie devs are making a narrative driven action RPG inspired by The Elder Scrolls, Lord of the Rings and Warhammer
