I am appalled at how @AskBarclaysUS treats good customers. fraud charges take 2 MONTHS to be credited. 2 MONTHS! So you are either in the hook for the charges or the interest until they finish investigating.

@AskBarclaysUS hey Barclays why does it take 2-4 weeks to remove fraudulent charges from my account?! No other card takes that long. Now I have to pay for fraudulent charges or be charged Interest on them! Terrible customer service.

@lyft your customer service is a joke. Worst trip ever. Had to call police and get an Uber when we ended up miles away from our destination and your customer service had nothing but canned platitudes. You should be ashamed
