Booked a flight. No email

Called and was asked to send evidence via email. I did

Woke up to a unilaterally CANCELLED flight

Spent 5+ hrs fighting platform errors just to rebook. Payed $2,000 MXN MORE with NO bag & NO seat. Unacceptable
