@Vitality_UK@SairaPrice Told them it was a strange way to encourage people to be active by not giving them point when they earn them and they told me they will look into it but I guess that’s what they tell everyone. I have now ended up with shin splints trying to keep up with gaining the points needed!

@MartinSLewis can a company reduce an employees wage by 5% during Covid-19? Whole team placed on Furlough, apart from 3 members of staff who have had wages reduced by 5%. Can they legally do this?
@RSPCA_Frontline my brothers just reported dogs being neglected for the second time. Left out in the pouring rain and freezing temperatures. It’s almost freezing and these poor things are being left out the freeze. Send someone before I take them myself!

Well, @TUIUK you have absolutely ruined our night. Booked to go to @CocoBongoShow in cancun and the transfer never turned up. To top it off I have dm’ed @TUIUKcares over 24h ago AND emailed to no response. £263 to sit outside the hotel for an hour getting bitten by mosquitoes 👍🏼
Who do we speak to about a refund? Absolutely gutted. Customer service is absolutely dreadful, I thought such a reputable company would be better than this. Thanks for ruining what could have been the best night of our holiday.
