If you are FAT with a weight above 90 kg and a BMI above 26 Kg/M², then you should do the following:
• Fix your kitchen. This is important.
• Close your fridge.
• Don't drink carbs - forever.
• Don't eat processed carbs - forever.
• Don't eat complex carbs for 1 year.
• Start by walking at least 5,000 steps per day, then gradually improve to 10,000 steps per day.
• Eat 2MAD between 1 PM and 7 PM.
• Graduate to OMAD between 2 PM and 5 PM.
• Sleep for 8 hours from 9 PM.
• DON'T GO TO THE GYM YET. You will injure your joints and ligaments.
But most people are educated fools. They waste time doing unnecessary workouts, useless sit-ups, and running on the treadmill while drinking energy drinks and protein powders.
