@KodyNordquist Where’s the incentive for the agency to keep working hard if they’ll get paid anyway. We do 3 months then rolling monthly after this. Has worked for us and having worked brand side I know how annoying it is when an agency lock you into a long contract.

I've seen a lot of luxury brands offer items on pre-order or made to order but this only works if your product is unique otherwise customers won’t wait, they’ll go elsewhere.

If it is unique, your storytelling needs to be strong enough to make them want to wait.
