A dirty SEO trick I used in the past was spending $200 on a maildrop with QR codes...

the QR code would send pop-under traffic to my GMB with the 'get directions' link.

this means the 10,000 people I mail dropped would (in my local area) send ALL these signals to my GMB over the course of a week...

it would make ANY GMB pop pretty much immediately for LESS than what you'd pay on CTR software.
