Am I the only one who’ll watch an entire series on Netflix or Prime Video, then, a little time passes and I have absolutely no recollection of it? Not the plot. Not the characters. Not even how it ended. Just a vague memory that I liked it.
Anyone who's never experienced a heatwave in the UK thinks we're over reacting when we say how hot it is. It's not the same as other countries. The humidity is high and our houses are designed to keep the heat in. Our houses basically become air fryers and we don't have air con.

Why do people have to take their dogs everywhere? Out for a pub lunch and there were dozens of them, either panting away inside or clearly hot and bothered outside, whining and yapping. Just leave them at home for a few hours ffs.
I don't know how anyone likes summer. Every year it's a three month torture of heat, light, discomfort, headaches, dehydration, flies, mosquitoes and sleep deprivation

Every cafe and restaurant, every tearoom and pub garden, parents sit their little ones down and plonk a screen of some sort in front of their kid. And then ignore them.
Then the kid plays up. The kid wants attention, talking to, engaging with, playing with. Not a substitute parent that is, in fact, a phone or iPad.
Parents. Take responsibility. Take the screens away.
