@plumbers_urban Tado wireless thermostats in UK don’t support modulation but the ones in EU do. When asked, Tado said is because adoption the uk was too low and British installers complained it was too complicated. If they find this hard how are they going to design a whole system?
@KLeer1929@OctopusEnergy It looks like you have price cap enabled which limits ohme to the 6 hours overnight. If you go to the menu > my charger and disable the price cap ohme will set your schedule to get you to 80% (you’ll be charged the 7.5p/kWh still as long as you don’t press bump charge)
@modernheroestv Have you seen the charges for Glasgow? You pay for street parking, you pay a connection fee, you pay 40p/kWh and even if you’re somewhere where parking doesn’t have a max stay the charger has a max stay of 3 hours (even 7kWh chargers).
@melodiouscode@bt_uk Nothing special needed apart from the login settings for the connection (link to follow). Bear in mind you only get 1 IP address so you probably need to do the switch after your router. Yeah, I've been there trying to get answers out of providers... Geeks must stick together lol
@RevolutApp scammers seem to be aware of users that have revolut and are targeting them. Potential data leak? - I barely use my revolut card and don't use it anywhere online
Congratulations @anacosta108 on submitting your PhD thesis. I’m glad I was able to be there for every milestone and your very very long rants.

Had a great time at the 20-year Marrow National Conference last weekend. I’m so proud to be part of a charity that has been saving lives for so long… https://t.co/JqR9hSlV4k
