Two nations, led by faithless leaders.
How arrogant must we be to defy God’s commandment and assume our judgment is superior — all while governing two of the most devout populations on Earth.
“Thou shalt not kill.” (Exodus 20:13)
I have reviewed the Torah, the Quran, and the Old Testament — sacred texts that share striking similarities — and found no footnotes, no exceptions, no amendments to this divine command. Nowhere does God say, “Thou shalt not kill — unless...”
These are the laws upon which your societies were built. It was your choice to be faith-bound nations.
Yet how boldly we invent justifications to kill one another, believing that remorse and pleas for forgiveness will wipe away our deliberate disobedience.
Did scripture teach us to kill in order to avoid being killed?
Or did it teach us to build a world where such choices need not exist?
The foundation of every nation’s laws — at their origin — was rooted in faith. And at the root of that faith is Love.
There is only Law: Love. Without it, there is nothing.
Enough of the rationalizations. Enough of the bloodshed.
It’s time to lead — truly lead — your people toward peace, toward harmony, toward the divine purpose you claim to serve.
