@SkyHelpTeam Have had an absolute nightmare with sky for over 3 weeks now. Supposed to have Sky Q upgrade on 27 Jan. Engineer could not finish installation but marked job complete. Have not had any subscription channels since (am paying for) and left in limbo. Shocking service.
@coopuk Been a customer at Borough Green store for years now but that’s going to end. Shelves have been empty for weeks! What is going on? Other stores don’t seem to have a problem. Wasting my time going in there to shop.
