The customer portal doesn't provide me with the historical invoices I need. The TOBi bot directs me to a phone number that thinks I have a Vodafone phone contract (I'm an acquired Unity Media customer).

@evernotehelps Thanks but I got around it by using dev tools in the browser to remove the HTML element to be able to assess the account (and remove offending devices). Bit of an extreme workaround really.
