@panusaukko From a work perspective this will be frustrating it they do not adjust it. Mine's on top in order to properly identify any servers I might be remoted into. And yes, start menu is different now, but it still helps avoid doing something you don't intend on a server, like shutdown
@adamdriscoll So is this intended to be somewhat of a quicker method of page creation to interact with scripts/api than UD? I guess I'm trying to understand it's place vs UD in this instance.
@Deity7@Battlefield This 100%. I think we need to look back at stuff like BF4 to see examples of at least better community tools that we saw before. Two full battlefield releases later and it's still going strong.
@adamdriscoll Some I've talked to remember looking at it back in UD days, and now they see all the other stuff and I'm sure not everyone knows how to process or where to begin. But keep up the great work!
@adamdriscoll I think one of the 'problems' is that you've grown the platform relatively fast. Two years ago it was really just a framework for building webpages with UD. Now you've introduced some awesome additional features with Automation and API sets.
@marcbernardin Due to a somewhat sheltered childhood, I missed a few 'classics'. Never seen Godfather or Scarface. probably quicker to just assume I haven't seen it.
@adamdriscoll I’m noticing a taskbar icon for my widget. Is that expected? I also had one in a scheduled update job and found it kept kicking me out of full screen games. Minor issue at best
@adamdriscoll Another question. If you give a role/tag the right to create/edit scripts, does that role automatically get set on a script created by a user in that role?
@adamdriscoll I like it. I, along with a couple on my immediate team, have largely been the gatekeepers of the whole site. It would be nice to think that we can split things up a bit more and provide some self-service like access to stuff.
@adamdriscoll On this example, what is -objecttype exactly? Is the intent to later expand the access roles to give ability to manage individual permissions on API endpoints and Dashboards?
New-PSUAccessControl -Role 'ScriptBuilder' -ObjectType 'Script' -Type $Type
