Shout out to the staff answering the phones for @cityofhamilton vaccine booking. Yes the lines are jammed and you have to call back A LOT but ultimately the staff are friendly and helpful and will get you booked ASAP for your shot.

Fun Fact: did you know IOS only records your 200 most recent outgoing call numbers? I know this now because I have called public health in #HamOnt 200 times and only made it through to the recording 8 times to be ultimately disconnected...
