@EE Yes it has, you can see on my account all the notes. I’ve been credited twice but now apparently it’s ok to charge a customer full price for a broken service

Yet another @EE message to say there’s work going on in the area. The mast must of had a full rebuild by now. Also not offering any compensation for the lack of service and call quality

@COROSGlobal when I connect my apex pro to Zwift it’s doesn’t show my heart rate, it’s just gives me a disconnected message. I connect my treadmill to Zwift for my pace and cadence so it’s just the HR I want from my watch

So after speaking with @EE they agreed a manger all back, still haven’t had the call. What I have had though is another 2 texts so say there’s MORE work going on in my area. Still terrible service and no resolution, this has been going on since July
