@General_Oluchi I completely disagree with your opinion! First of all, American life isn’t a one size fits all, secondly, it’s not everyone living here that plans to live here forever, a lot people plan to retire back home someday! Why do you people care so much about this?
Pls you guys should also remember that is not everybody that want to live in America forever! You people should allow Nigerians living abroad to decide on how, what and where they decide to spend their money! A lot of people have plans to retire back home some day.
I don’t see the point in buying or building a house in a country I don’t live in. My money stays where I live and work. If I travel abroad, I’ll stay in a nice hotel and enjoy my time.
The man is right and I hope people listen to him. People must also learn to grow a sense of community by learning about the country they live in instead of isolating themselves and just working with hopes of rushing back to their countries. Build a life where you live, too!
We bought a house in 2018, then in 2022, it grew $75k+ in value. We used that equity to renovate the house. It’s called Home Equity Line of Credit. (HELOC).
@DavidHundeyin You have done your part, if you are expecting anything different from the judges then you must have underestimated the power of corruption!
