Today, the EELC is back in Court in a plight to ensure that there are sufficient school places for all learners and to address the admissions crisis in the Metro East District of the Western Cape. #RightToBasicEducation #SofundaSonke

EELC is represented by Advocate Lerato Zikalala and Advocate Nicola Soekoe in the application for leave to appeal before the WC High Court where the @WCEDnews is challenging the extent of the full record regarding its failure to place 7 learners in school last year. #SofundaSonke
