No employer NI contributions for the first 12 months of employment after passing for example, help cover increased insurance costs.

@trucklifegb @itvnews Recent pass but not looking for work til I leave the mil next year. See a lot of people struggling to find work without experience though. Understandable but a catch 22, no use encouraging people to get a license without an incentive for companies to employ them.

@scottyeders Makes some good points but I feel they need to lose the opinion that everyone else has it easier.
Scores of people work bloody hard to have the aircraft, cargo etc ready for them to get away, it’s not feet up after it’s onto the next. Eng, logs, others will be deployed too.
