Dreadful customer service from @cobragolfuk, set of 3 month old King F9s fall to bits, club heads flying 100’s yards dangerously across the course and they aren’t bothered. Fob you off to the retailer then won’t reply to them. Avoid like the plague.

@cobragolfuk Guys - Custom Fitted King F9 5 Iron club head snapped off during my round tonight. Just normal use, standard shot and the club head went 100yds. Clubs were bought in Jan. Snapped right at the shaft/ferrule. Do I go for Cobra Customer Service or back to the retailer?

Hi @jet2tweets, trying to help my dad in rebooking his flights which were cancelled in May due to COVID. He is trying to reschedule but has lost his booking ref and is having email problems, all he needs is a reminder of booking ref but your phones are off. Any ideas please?🙂
