No, because he **was** a convicted felon. That is a matter of record. And he violated his probation buying and carrying that gun. And he was beligerent and threatening inside the liquor store and that is why he got kicked out. Then he went to his car and pulled a gun on the good Samaritan who stepped in to protect the female store employee. Those are the facts. Ja'Von was the aggressor. He brought the gun and pulled it out.

He didn't die for no reason. He died acting heroically defending the public. The man he was fighting should have been in prison serving hard time. Instead some judge let him free and he quickly bought an illegal gun and went out to terrorize the public.

Firefighter is a hero. Court system is evil and needs to be harder on crime to protect the innocent.
