I've not seen anyone talk about him on X,
But Blue Sense Digital / Nathan Perdriau has put out the best e-commerce content by a long way this year.
So if you haven't consumed any of his content, go and do so.
If you have, you'll know he just dropped a banger on Black Friday 2026 strategy, which will make you a lot of $$$.

The virgin native ads copywriter
> Spends 4 hours a day reading reddit and Facebook groups to understand how the customer thinks and speaks.
> Handwrites sales letters from Gary Halbert every day.
> Split tests same image and copy with 3 different mechanisms to see which performs best. Watched the RMBC course 3 times.
> I improves me ROAS from 1.4 to 1.5!!!
> 10% margins even with subs pre-ticked and hidden. Has to be invested in to stock to scale so can’t take any profit out the business. Still lives with his parents. Posts G-wagons he doesn’t own.
Vs the Chad Tiktok shop / Trybe Affiliate Mom
> Doesn’t even write a script, one shots speaking the customers own language before the school run.
> Never read a copywriting book, terminally online. Just shows a before and after transformation with a curiosity gap then scarcity closes. Viewers believe her when she says the sale expires today.
> Doesn’t even know what a mechanism is, never heard of Stefan Georgi’s name.
Just says 'Insert foreign country’s better solution versus American failed solution'.
Let errrrr rippppp I need to feed ma kids.
> Generates millions organically on tiktok. When creative is moved to META it spends millions at 2+ ROAS.
> Unlimited free cashflow from affiliate commission. Bought 2 McMansions and out earns her accountant husband filming between school drop offs in her G-wagon.
There's a certain type of Trybe creator you need to avoid.
The Filippo Inzaghi.
They will join your programme and only submit super bottom of funnel content.
"We apologise to everyone who bought X, because we lied"
"The sale ends today" etc etc.
The trap is the first few times you accept this kind of content it will convert well, but these customers will have also converted very likely from a brand asset like a BOF static or email.
So you're paying unnecessary commission to people who are already most aware about your product.
I will HAPPILY pay uncapped commission for creators who BRING people into our eco-system.
Who meet them at problem aware / solution aware and convert them. They are your greatest assets.
> If anything you are kind of under paying them with Trybe attribution. As it won't count all the buyers who saw that first partnership ad to learn about you, then converted later that week through an email flow or google search.
But - stay clear of these kind of creators who are just arbitraging the money you have put in through content creation and ad spend to move these customers down to most aware.
They are waiting at the back post for the tap in.
And they are just samplemaxxing to try and do this for 400+ brands per month.
Its the same as using an extra 10% discount on your abandoned cart flows. You are just eroding gross margin when you don't need to.
"And remember, if the Republicans win the House and Senate ... Every adult in America will get $5,000."
President Trump repeats his proposed "Trump dividend" during remarks in Gastonia, North Carolina, saying the payment would go to adult Americans if Republicans win the House and Senate in November. Trump says tariff revenue would help fund the plan.
HOW TO SUCCEED ON TRYBE
I was one of the first movers on to Trybe.
I did a call with @LukasPakter when he opened it to the public in May, and sent the recording to @cjfeth
He is now doing 100k+ week on there [ I was too early for the $10k brand referral link scheme :( ]
and has shared it with his 500+ community.
So now the information gap is closing. It won’t be enough to just “be on Trybe”.
It’s the same situation as the DTCBoomers that ran up brands in Covid $2 CPMs, and now always complain about META.
Information gap is closing, the skill gap is the only MOAT.
What Lukas explained on that call in May is how to win in the long run on Trybe.
To outcompete everyone, you need to do 2 things:
A) Invest in your creators, find the fat girls on the treadmill and train them up.
Lamine Yamal doesn’t want to come play for Villa.
But in the Championship Jack Grealish could improve, take them up, give the club MORE BUDGET to sign better players, and re-invest back in the club.
B) SAS squad will beat an average army. Product seed out to as many creators as you like and offer training to upskill them.
BUT you should think of your creators like Creative Strategists.
I would rather than 1-3 ELITE Creative Strategists making me 30 concepts per month.
Than have 100 Average Creative Strategists making me 10 concepts per month.
Most Trybe creators make all their money with 1 brand, and it takes creators quite a lot of time to (20-30 videos) to really learn a lot about your brand / your market / your audience / what performs well.
I will never sign a creator on retainer who isn’t willing to make me 30 videos per month, and a lot of these are 3-5 minute HarryDelMege yapper styles, so it requires a big time commitment from them.
They’re only going to be willing to invest this time into your brand if you invest in them first, and incentive them.
If you want the call recording I talked about with the founder Lukas in May, just reply to this tweet and I’ll DM it to you.
Now everyone knows about Trybe
Here is the strategy that has worked well for me the last 3 months.
> Have a VA per brand working across all SOPs for onboarding, outreach and training.
> We product seed through Trybe, give a broad content brief (5 angles to pick from --> start at problem aware, agitate, discuss failed solutions, why they failed, why this works, desired outcome, cta)
> Then they are ranked Type 1-4.
-Type 1 - Need to be educated on awareness stages and storytelling (usually they are just showing the product way too early in their video).
- They receive training looms going over this + a lot of creative strategy fundamentals.
-Type 2 - Understand storytelling but need to make their videos way more engaging.
- They receive training on adding Nuora Bromelain style VSL talking head edits, or Bioroot Act Out Every Scene or Record In A Different Room (I know theyre both TTshop styles - but these are 2 easy references)
- Type 3 - Now understand Storytelling, awareness stages, and how to edit to hold attention. These creators now get given scripts and usually the biggest bottle neck is their HOOKS (Taught Viscous Hooks).
- Type 4 - Are good enough to be near autonomous. Give them smart retainers for X videos per month. They get access to all our creative briefs but also allow them to create a lot of unique concepts themselves
- Trialling giving them access to @cjfeth 's Vantage - means they can see all the best yapper ads currently and reverse engineer them.
The VA tracks all creator's rankings, content, messages + follow ups in a google sheet.
All creators we are trying to progress to Type 3 and 4 - and these are the creator's ads we are actually publishing.
If you run every creator's content you receive, you just burn money testing low quality high volume of creative.
Ok here’s some points I took from @StefanGeorgi mastermind today
1. The ad becomes the highest leverage thing on the funnel and a lot of the brands are making it their “advertorial” and they send straight to PDP
2. Don’t go too deep into the avatar to a point you miss on the TAM, focus more on the mechanism rather than on a very niche avatar.
3. Hiring is still what everyone are struggling with.
4. 30 Creatives a week is enough to scale a product to 9 fig if you have quality creatives.
5. HIRE FOR OPS.
6. Taboola is nice if you put your mind into it could add 10-30k a day in spend.
7. Singing ads are printing for everyone it’s not just X noice and Yapper ads still work.
I said this the other day --
The best question I have in my post purchase survey is "What creator would you like to see us collaborate with?"
As not only can you go and spam partnership ads with these names that your customers tell you they follow and trust.
But you can follow every name listed on a burner account, and get an exact idea of how your ICP's feed looks like.
Makes it extremely easy to create ad formats which look native to their feed and content they want to consume.
“How much should I pay creators on Trybe?”
“How many creators should I sign?”
There are 2 types of brands and they can fall into 2 types of traps.
The new or small brand shouldn’t operate the same as an 8 figure+ brand.
Everton / Burnley and Man City both operate very different in the transfer market.
First: If you’re a small or new brand.
Everton and Burnley can’t compete for the top talent. They can’t afford the wages or transfer fees.
Instead you’re looking for fat girls in the gym,
who you can train into baddies
who LOVE the club and are grateful for the investment.
For you: it’s best to product seed to 50-100 creators who apply to work with your campaign - and at least showcase their yapping abilities on their highlights or social media links
You need players who will die for the shirt. Kante work rate and willingness to improve. Humble, not arrogant.
From 100 creators, 50 will be NGMI.
But for the other 50, invest in training them. Record Loom SOPs on storytelling, awareness stages, editing styles, hooks etc to get them up to at least a 7/10.
> If you want some of the training material I use to train up my creators, just reply to this tweet and I’ll DM it to you.
Remember you just need 1-3 killers who are willing to pump at 30 creatives a month for you.
This is the minimum standard - they need to do volume to really learn what types of videos work, what copy to use, time to go deeper into the niche.
and META themselves say 1/25 videos become a winning ad
so for each creator to have a statistically significant chance of making a winning ad for you each month - they need to pump out 30 videos a month.
“How many creators should I sign on retainer?”
This is pretty easy to reverse engineer
> You want to first sign creators on a 1k smart retainer for 30 videos per month. This means if they submit 30 videos which are accepted by you, they will earn a minimum of 1k. If they earn 1k or more in commission, you owe nothing more.
THIS IS LITERALLY CHEAPER THAN A GOOD EDITOR ON COST OF PRODUCTION, WITH SO MUCH UPSIDE.
> You obviously want the creator to make 1k + in commission.
> For every $ they are making you are making $10.
> If you are topping up this smart retainer, you are paying $ for commission they did not make.
> So any creator you sign on retainer should be generating 10k GMV / month of sales to be “worth it”.
> Reverse engineer from your last months revenue, how many creators realistically can you afford to pay a $1,000 smart retainer, so they can hopefully at a minimum generate you $10k+.
All of your money will be generated by these A+ creators, you need a SEAL squad on Trybe, not an army.
If you're an 8 figure+ brand, I will make a separate post on the biggest mistakes I have made and learnt on 4 months of Trybe if anyone is interested.

How to copy any landing page in Shopify in 15 minutes.
Everyone knows how important it is to have LPs that are congruent with your ads
So here's how you can swipe any winning LP for your brand in FAST steps
1 Swipe the best performing listicles from these 2 sources:
a) https://t.co/ApxDu1bMBq
b) https://t.co/p1ySczyjIM
2 Go on the landing page, use the Figma Chrome extension to take the desktop landing page into Figma.
3 Do the same for the mobile view, use Inspect Element to open the mobile view and then use the chrome extension to take mobile landing page into Figma.
4 Select both in Figma, select Dev mode, get prompt to copy both designs across to Claude. (Must have Figma connected to Claude MCP in Extensions)
5 Paste with this prompt:
Turn this into a shopify liquid page, with different sections for the main heading, each of the 5 points, and the call to action section. Make it as editable as possible in Shopify with colors. One is for mobile, and one is for desktop.
Shout out the CRO goat @DaveDiederen for putting me on to this workflow.
