@LPunov@RonDeSantis Not much in the winter. In January it gets above freezing for a bit. march is when the potholes happen and city roads get bad. The difference is that they actually fix the roads after winter.
@Flash_Jay_Gee@FreeStateColor1 Let’s respond by making the same requirements on the right to vote. Must be 21, pass a background check, take a 12 hour civics class and pass a test at 90% or better, pay a fee and renew (including taking the class) every 5 years.

@RMGOColorado@Paul_Lundeen Can someone propose a Voter ID card with the same requirements that will be needed for the Colorado Firearms ID card. Must be over 21, must take a 12 hour civics class and pass a test over 90%, pay for the card must renew every 5 years. Pass a background check, etc.
Trust me @jaredpolis, you don’t want your name on this.

Colorado Senate Bill 25-003 is the most extreme gun control bill in U.S. history.
•Bans the sale, transfer, and purchase of many semiautomatic firearms.
•Requires a permit to purchase with mandatory training, background checks & a 90% test score.
•Criminal penalties: 1st offense = misdemeanor, repeat = felony.
•Bans rapid-fire devices, classifying them as “dangerous weapons.”
•No family transfers while alive—firearms can only be inherited after death.
•Increases penalties for standard-capacity magazines (15+ rounds). First-time possession = misdemeanor, repeat offenses = felony.
This is generational gun confiscation.
I need your help in Colorado!
SB25-003, Colorado's 2025 "assault weapons" ban, is scheduled to be heard in front of the Senate State, Veterans & Military Affairs committee on Tuesday, Jan 28th at 1:30 PM. It's imperative that we get a lot of people to testify. This bill is disguised to be an expansion on "high capacity" magazines, but it's a gun ban! Democrat lawmakers want to ban semiautomatic rifles, shotguns, and many pistols that have take a detachable magazine, as well as bump stocks, FRTs, etc. The committee members will be three Democrats to two Republicans: Tom Sullivan (D), Mike Weissman (D), Matt Ball (D), Byron Pelton (R), and Rod Pelton (R). This bill already has 18 Senate cosponsors and can absolutely pass as written. We fought an AWB the past two years, this one I'm not as hopeful... We really need everyone's help. You can testify in person or remotely via Zoom.

On a walleye fishing trip, host Chad LaChance and guest @dansfishing encountered a few bass. Some quick local conversations afterwards led them to believe that bass were not common in that lake...so they had to target them and find out! #bass#walleye
