@Telstra I'm currently in Bali, I was able to purchase a data only package after enabling data roaming, which is $10 a day, I deactivated that and just have data but now there is no way to top that up unless I turn on roaming again. Something I don't need! 1/2

@Telstra These data top ups last 28-31 days don't recall what they are the roaming lasts 1 day. Again it's a scam give up trying to justify it.

There is no way to check it, I have gone through the app and there is no way it's locked behind roaming, which needs to be enabled.

@Telstra Additionally as I have turned roaming off due to the ridiculous cost of $10 per day there is no way to even check remaining data add on, just another ploy to scam your customers into turning roaming back on. Been a loyal customer for 4 years. This ends in 5 days.

@Boxenberger I have a similar issue here in Australia, I ordered direct from Asus store, my order has not updated with any details just says processing. However I do have a parcel on its way expected to arrive on Monday, maybe tomorrow if I'm lucky.
Hopefully yours will arrive tomorrow for U.
