@skamille I explicitly ask my teams to not keep a back log. Each week we identify what is our most important next step to keep our project in track and identify the features and work towards that.

@davetron5000 As I've gotten older, I'm more and more skeptical when people talk about refactoring before building a feature. It's this that often leads to cruft and complexity as folks hold onto past decisions/assumptions that should be discarded
