@nivashinyyyy Exactly my point. The issue of sanitary pads needs to be revisited. It is very disappointing to find that sanitary pad are more expensive than any daily consumable.

My team and I are still ensuring that every girl in Zagyuri Anglican School menstruates with dignity. We’re still distributing sanitary pads to our girls EVERY month. Period Poverty shouldn’t exist!
We want to expand to other schools in the district and we need support.
In 2018, @YAWL10 Gh hosted Mentorship speaker program at Bishop mixed School and amongst important topics touched was "The Girl & Reproductive health"
Reproductive health is often ignored yet a goldmine.

Empowerment goes beyond words..This is one of our many skills trainings yet to come for our mothers. We trained them in soap and local detergent making so that they can produce and sell to bring in more income to their families.
