@parcelforce how you manage to operate is beyond me. You are utterly inept. After booking a redelivery for today I got my delivery mail! I trekked across London to collect my package for course on Wednesday only to be told that 2 of the 3 boxes have been sent back

@AmazonHelp ... how can I complain about a delivery driver? They are either a liar or utterly incompetent. One ring on my phone, not leaving delivery cards, and not even bothering to try any of my neighbours is unacceptable when I have paid for next day delivery.
