@cinnahime Thanks I think it’s worth mentioning I normally eat around 4am-5am then eat again around noon so u can get a better idea to the time stamps but I think it’s better to fit it towards ur personal habits but it helped me get out of a year long binge streak
@cinnahime Blowing ur motifs up but I struggled w binging my entire life and I’ve realized letting myself b hungry and not setting some kind of mental boundary is what rlly enabled ME to binge and sitting w the shame of being in and out of the kitchen 24/7 helps too lol
@cinnahime So I let myself eat my lunch and then I put myself to sleep for the afternoon awhile after and I prioritize protein intake and fiber to keep myself full the meals I post on my alt r always 300-400cal soy daily intake is usually 700-900 depending on my lunch/dinner
