Every carnivore influencer walks the same road, and it is now so worn you can call the stops from the first video.
1. The testimonial. A condition nobody could fix. 90 days of meat and it's gone. This part is true, and it's why the account exists.
2. The audience. The comments fill with people the doctors gave up on. Also true.
3. The shop. Organ capsules, then the powder, then the electrolyte code. The diet is complete, and here are four things to take with it.
4. The tinkering. "I've been experimenting." Raw honey. Some fruit. Raw milk. Sleep and hormones are mentioned. Nobody mentions the fat he trimmed in stage 3 to get the abs for the thumbnail.
5. The rebrand. Animal-based. Meat-based. Ancestral. The word carnivore quietly leaves the bio.
6. The reveal. "Why I quit carnivore." An hour long. He was tired, his sleep went, his workouts flattened, he craved carbs. He does not connect this to the lean cuts and the fasting he was selling in stage 3.
7. The sermon. Carnivore is unsustainable. It was only ever an elimination diet. The people still doing it are dogmatic. He has a new book.
8. The dates. Honey by the spoon. A smoothie. A cheat day that becomes a Tuesday.
The boring part is that it never once plays out differently. The audience watches a man starve the fat out of a fat-based diet, get hungry, call the hunger wisdom, and sell them the sequel.
I'm still on stage 1. It's the only stage with a result in it.
You’ve been taught to fear cholesterol.
You should be far more afraid of metabolic dysfunction.
Insulin resistance.
High blood pressure.
High triglycerides.
Fatty liver.
Visceral fat.
Poor glucose control.
Heart disease is largely a metabolic disease.
If you’re obsessing over cholesterol while ignoring all of that, you’re missing the forest for one tree.

The most counterfeited foods on earth are oil, honey, cheese dust, fish and spice, and nobody has ever forged a rib of beef.
In 1981 a firm in Spain sold industrial rapeseed oil as olive oil. It killed more than 300 people and poisoned 20,000, and the country still calls it the toxic oil syndrome.
In 2010 a California lab tested the imported extra virgin on American shelves and 69% of it failed to be what the label said.
In 2013 the Findus beef lasagne in Britain was 100% horse, and the Tesco burger was 29%.
In 2016 the FDA found "100% grated Parmesan" in America cut with wood pulp at up to 8.8%, and one Pennsylvania firm selling parmesan with no parmesan in it at all.
New Zealand makes about 1,700 tonnes of manuka honey a year. About 10,000 tonnes of it are sold.
In 2023 the EU tested the honey coming in at the border and 46% of it was suspect. Every one of the 10 samples from Britain failed.
A third of the fish sold in America is not the fish on the label, and 87% of the red snapper was something else.
Until 2012 not a single Japanese cow could be imported into the United States, and every Kobe burger on every menu in the country was a lie at $40.
The costume is always an old food. The filling is always something cheaper from a tank, a vat or a syrup line.
The butcher's counter is the one place in the shop where the fraud has never worked, because you cannot fake a cow. You would have to grow one.
My wife’s daughter is in school to be a pharmacist. She called my wife asking how to get an exemption from the shots. My wife told her, your step dad and I, an RN and paramedic, both know the shots are death traps. We will find you an exemption.
She said “please, I need help.
My professor is hardcore wanting people to take vaccines.”
That’s where we are.
It takes all of me to not go and confront a professor. We have to have an out, because these people are fucking insane.
God bless
Apple cider vinegar is one of the simplest natural remedies with powerful benefits.
It can balance blood sugar, improve digestion, aid sleep, and support weight loss and liver health.
See how 1 to 2 tablespoons of ACV tonight can make a real difference.

Doctor: "I've asked you in because you've stopped taking your metformin."
Patient: "I have."
Doctor: "Type 2 diabetes is a progressive condition. You need that medication."
Patient: "You've had me on it for about 10 years."
Doctor: "And it's working."
Patient: "It gave me diarrhoea for 10 years. I was too embarrassed to tell you. You never once asked about side effects."
Doctor: "So what have you been doing?"
Patient: "I cut the carbs. I found a forum online, 40,000 people doing the same thing. I've lost 3 stone."
Doctor: [orders the blood test]
Doctor: "Your blood sugar is normal."
Patient: "I know."
Doctor: "I've been a GP for 25 years. I've never seen anybody put type 2 into remission."
Patient: "Are you actually medically qualified? Starch is sugar. It's basic."
That doctor was David Unwin, in Southport, in 2012. He'd been thinking about retiring.
He didn't. From 2013 he offered his type 2 patients the diet she'd found. Of those who took it up within a year of diagnosis, 77% went into drug-free remission.
By 2022 his practice was spending £68,353 a year less on diabetes drugs than the practices around it.
She came in for a telling-off, and left having written the treatment plan.
The average recommended dose of magnesium is 350–420 mg, but this was never meant to optimize brain and nervous system function. It’s the bare minimum to prevent deficiency, not support optimal health.
The form of magnesium matters. Many supplements use magnesium oxide, which has very low absorption and can limit results.
Magnesium glycinate is one of the best forms, with high absorption and better tolerance for the digestive system.
Only about 1% of magnesium is found in the blood, making deficiency difficult to detect with standard blood tests. An RBC magnesium test is slightly better, but still not fully accurate.
To support healthy magnesium levels, take 300–400 mg of magnesium glycinate a few times per day. This can help support blood pressure, reduce palpitations, and improve sleep.

FDA: We approve the sale of animal-free fungus-derived "dairy."
Also FDA: We won't approve the sale of raw milk because it's dangerous.
Milk that humans have been consuming for thousands of years is "dangerous" but a fungus-derived lab-grown "milk" isn't?
Ya, I'll take my chances with what my ancestors drank. Thanks.
🚨 My dad was diagnosed with Stage 4 Prostate Cancer out of nowhere.
Just a few months ago, he was completely fine. His physical 5 months earlier showed normal labs. Then suddenly he started feeling achy and exhausted.
They ran bloodwork and his PSA came back at 141. It had been 3.4 just months earlier.
Scans showed Gleason 9 Prostate Cancer with widespread bone metastases. Stage 4.
We didn’t waste time. Along with the hormone blockers and chemo, his oncologist started adding:
- Ivermectin 24 mg/day
- Fenbendazole 222mg / day
Three months later, his PSA dropped from 141 to 0.25.
That’s a 99.8% drop.
He’s feeling much better, has more energy, and the numbers are moving in the right direction fast. His oncologist is very happy with how he’s responding.
We’re still waiting on the next set of scans, but right now, we’re extremely grateful for how well things are going.
This isn’t medical advice, just sharing what happened with my dad. If you or someone you love is going through something similar, I hope this gives you a little hope.

There is a full-size Noah's Ark in Kentucky, built to the exact dimensions in Genesis.
300 cubits long, which works out at 510 feet. It is the largest timber-frame building in the world.
The formation being drilled in Turkey right now is around 515 feet.
Is that a coincidence?
