@DanielLatto@HiltonHotels I’m sorry to hear about your experience. This is exactly why I’m asking Hilton for a broader conversation about its policies, training and standards for guest safety, accessibility and support across its hotels.
Recently stayed @HiltonHotels in Dallas and was mistreated as a disabled guest, but they are refusing to let me speak with an executive responsible for guests experiences. Is this how you treat the disabled community?
@Krahbby@HiltonHotels Thank you! What I’m asking for is a broader conversation about Hilton’s accessibility policies, training and support for disabled guests across its hotels. That’s why I’ve asked to speak with the corporate leader responsible for accessibility.
@HiltonHotels When I asked your team for Hilton‘s Accessibility policy, they said the “Americans With Disabilities Act.” That’s the federal law, so what’s your policy? no response.
@HiltonHotels At the Hilton Anatole in Dallas July 28. I’ve already spoken with hotel leadership and Hilton Executive Customer Relations. I’ve want to speak directly with a Hilton executive responsible for accessibility and disability-related guest experience.
Hey @alaskanairline flying from OGG on AS1029 and your gate agent at Gate 15 doesn’t have the aloha spirit and is not living up to your customer service goals
I’m blind and @AMTRAC put me on the train going to a station where there is no one to help me! And now they want to charge me more $ to fix their problem! either I pay or I’m stranded!
