@aishamadeit True of both the struggles and the joys of parenthood. The joys are just way tougher to capture in those instagram skits where the parent plays both parts.

@hell0babs I usually hate calling (customer service or government agencies), but in my experience with IDES last year, I found the live operators to be consistently helpful. And you don’t have to wait on hold - they call you back (repeatedly if you miss them). They’ll be able to look it up.
