@aishamadeit I often feel like a downer when I talk about the difficulties of parenting toddlers. But I also don’t want to pretend that it’s easy, for fear of isolating parents that are struggling (i.e. everyone). Acknowledging the struggle in victory threads that needle. Thanks for that.

@hell0babs I usually hate calling (customer service or government agencies), but in my experience with IDES last year, I found the live operators to be consistently helpful. And you don’t have to wait on hold - they call you back (repeatedly if you miss them). They’ll be able to look it up.
