@SJJHawks By the way, the team identified the issues causing the data staleness and resolved them. It may take a bit for things to settle back into place, but you should see new results shortly. Thanks again for reporting!
@SJJHawks The existing system supporting APR was built pre-acquisition on older infrastructure. Externally, you likely won't notice many differences at first (outside of more stability/reliability!) but it'll be a foundation for us to build new features on top of.
@SJJHawks The team is exploring the migration of APR to the newer system we've set up over the past few years to track sales records. There's still work to be done so they'll see if they can stabilize APR, but most of their effort will be focused on the migration. Thanks for your patience!
@SJJHawks They get queued up, but there are a lot of corrections that the team manages daily. I'll check to see if there's anything my team can help with to make the queue move faster. Thanks for the heads up!
@SJJHawks I'll check with the team. We (finally) have plans for some major improvements to it all, so apologies for the hiccups in the interim. Happy holidays!

@SJJHawks Yup! The catch-up job failed but the team restarted it and completed successfully. They're continuing to migrate the legacy tech to new platforms, so thanks for bearing with us!
@SJJHawks@PSAcard Unfortunately due to the way that the legacy system works, it won't be possible to backfill the missing data. We're looking into alternative ways to import the data, but at least all future data should be properly included. Apologies for that!
@SJJHawks@PSAcard It should be fixed going forward for sure. The team also tried to resync the past month, so everything should be there. Let us know if you see any missing results and we'll look into it!
@SJJHawks@PSAcard The team found a few issues happening in parallel to cause this problem. We've addressed them and ran some tests (finished today) to verify that this won't happen again going forward. Let us know if you find any missing data. Thanks again for reporting!
@SJJHawks@PSAcard We identified the issue and fixed it going forward as of 6/7. Backfilling missing data will have to be a separate effort, but the team's also working on that. Thanks again for reporting it!
