@NatWest_Help And which lessons would you prefer she miss as branch closes before she finishes school? Perhaps you could train you me staff so others don’t go through this situation as I took her to branch during half term and was told she needed to write a letter.
@NatWest_Help my daughter joined your bank in 2019 (age 9) and when I went to change her account to the relevant age bracket was told I couldn’t because I didn’t bank with you. I tried to close the account but the branch needed her signature (she’s now 12).
@NatWest_Help Thanks Jacob, that’s exactly what I did . Went in with her paying in book, her passport, her, my passport and was told she needed to write to NatWest for signature. It’s just not that easy to get into branch as she’s in school and I work. To set up account with…..,
To get the ‘benefit’ of having a cash card and easy access to his own money. You your big wigs sit round their big board tables to come up with ways to annoy, and lose, private customers? Any suggestion how we can rectify this without having to take my daughter out of school?
Kill off the local branches to cut costs but depriving a child of learning about money because her parents don’t bank with the same institution is crazy. I’ve never banked with you (and will make sure I never will) but my now 14 year old son was able to change his account
@BOPBweb hey Biarritz, my son was at your game the other day as part of his school rugby tour from Liverpool and bought a Biarritz rugby ball as a souvenir. He’s gone to pump it up tonight and it’s got a hole at one of the tips so will not inflate. Is there anything you can do
