Started my @AppleTVPlus week trial yesterday - suffice to say, I won’t be continuing after the week. Such slow buffering, constant stuttering throughout shows. Looking online this seems to be a known issue which they don’t seem too worried about sorting either 😬

Shocked such a big company can’t accurately reflect what’s in stock on their website, that they can’t figure out why something hasn’t delivered without involving a regional manager, and that they can’t tell me when something is coming back in to stock 👏👏👏

So, after a back and forth with @bandq_help, turns out the website isn’t accurate for stock at all - something I ordered over a month ago is still showing as in stock, was told two weeks ago it wasn’t after chasing, and it’s still showing as in stock two weeks later
Is the @Spotify @googlenest deal a scam? I ordered it, took a month for them to ship, didn't arrive when the tracking said it did. No reply to any of my emails from Google in weeks. Either very suspicious, or terrible customer service from Google #googlescam#spotifyscam
