Now, it’s been more than 10 days, so they are refusing to reimburse us even though we were told after 2 hours to leave the airport & call JetBlue. Weaponized incompetence! We have been trying to get help since July 4th. JetScrew over customers

You cannot call @JetBlue though. They say they will call you back, but they return calls at 2 o’clock in the morning. We were told we would be compensated for the flight home to JFK when we were abandoned in Boston. They rely on weaponized incompetence!!

Still waiting on @JetBlue to respond after canceling our flight to JFK on Saturday. We were lied to at Boston Airport when we waited in a line for over two hours just to be told to get another line. Then we rented cars and drove home after being awake for 24 hours!!!

Just before we learned Charlie had passed, we tried to lead a prayer on the House floor - praying for his recovery after he was tragically shot. The Democrats started booing and yelling at us.
