@bethanyjbabcock Use someone reputable that’s licensed and insured, and has been around for years. You want a warranty with a company that can back it up. If you go cheap, you get what you pay for and could have leaks and/or replacing windows again in 3-5 years.

@elonmusk @StephenKing You really need to take a law school crim law and con law class. Prosecutors investigate crimes and have to establish probable cause to a grand jury, then there’s a trial with with witnesses under oath and a jury that both sides select unanimously convicts. It’s a-political.

@ClintFiore Useful life is until about 16-17 years, but it will live to 30-40. What do you do when it has to be retired because of injury or age? Tell your daughter it’s time to kill the family pet because it’s not making money? Good luck. I have yet to make money in this game 5 years in.

@ClintFiore Plus mortality and major medical insurance. If and when it goes lame or colics, it gets expensive quickly. Rehab can be months of expenses, and it may never fully recover or be able to jump at the level it did before injury.
