นางสาวอัยรินทร์ พันธุ์ฤทธิ์ รองโฆษกประจำสำนักนายกรัฐมนตรี เปิดเผยว่า รัฐบาล โดย���รมปศุสัตว์ กระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ เตือนเกษตรกรให้เฝ้าระวังโรคระบาดสัตว์ปีกในช่วงปลายฝนต้นหนาว ซึ่งเป็นช่วงที่เกิดสภาพอากาศที่แปรปรวน ก่อให้เกิดฝนตกหนัก น้ำท่วมขัง และอากาศเย็น��ง ส่งผลกระทบโดยตรงต่อสุขภาพของสัตว์ โดยเฉพาะสัตว์ปีกที่มีความเสี่ยงต่อการติดเชื้อจากโรคต่างๆ เนื่องจากสภาพแวดล้อมที่เปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็วทำให้ภูมิคุ้มกันลดลง เกิดความเครียด อ่อนแอ และเสี่ยงต่อโรคระบบทางเดินหายใจ

รวมถึงโรคระบาดที่สำคัญ เช่น ไข้หวัดนก นิวคาสเซิล และอหิวาต์สัตว์ปีก แม้ประเทศไทยจะไม่พบโรคไข้หวัดนกในช่วงหลายปีที่ผ่านมาจากสภาพอากาศด��งกล่าว แต่ยังคงมีความเสี่ยงจากการอพยพของนกจากต่างประเทศ และรวมถึงยังมีการระบาดในต่างประเทศที่เกิดขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่อง

ขอให้เกษตรกรและผู้เลี้ยงสัตว์ปีกเฝ้าระวังและป้องกันโรคอย่างเข้มงวด เช่น ดูแลสภาพโรงเรือนให้เหมาะสม ป้องกันลมพัดโกรก ควบคุมอุณหภูมิให้สม่ำเสมอ หมั่นทำความสะอา��อาหาร น้ำ และวัสดุอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ป้องกันสัตว์พาหะ จัดการวัคซีนและการถ่ายพยาธิอย่างสม่ำเสมอ

เมื่อพบสัตว์ปีกป่วยตายผิดปกติ อย่านําสัตว์ปีกไปจําหน่ายจ่ายแจก หรือนําไปประกอบอาหารโดยเด็ดขาด ให้แจ้งเจ้าหน้าที่ปศุสัตว์อําเภอ อาสาปศุสัตว์ อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจําหมู่บ้าน เจ้าหน้าปศุสัตว์ในพื้นที่ทันที เพื่อจะได้เร่งดําเนินการช่วยเหลืออย่างเร่งด่วน หากมีข้อ���งสัยสามารถติดต่อได้ที่สํานักงานปศุสัตว์อําเภอหรือสํานักงานปศุสัตว์จังหวัดใกล้บ้าน สอบถามข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมได้ที่ สํานักควบคุม ป้องกันและบําบัดโรคสัตว์ (สคบ.) กรมปศุสัตว์ หรือสายด่วนกรมปศุสัตว์ โทร. 063-225-6888 หรือแจ้งผ่าน Application : DLD 4.0

The death toll from ongoing Thai-Cambodia border clashes has climbed to 15 civilians, with dozens more wounded and the regional healthcare system facing severe disruption, health officials announced Tuesday.

Dr. Waratham Chotipithayasunont, spokesperson for the Ministry of Public Health, reported that the latest fatality occurred in Surin Province, marking an increase of one death since Monday's count.

The healthcare system in the region has been severely disrupted. Twenty hospitals have been impacted by the fighting, with 13 forced to shut down completely and 7 operating with limited services. Additionally, 175 community health centers across the area have been affected by the ongoing conflict. #civilians #thailand #cambodia
