Why didn't the CBC Executive in Charge intervene?

Call the RCMP to report the CBC/APTN fraud: Fraudulent names. Fraudulent companies. Fraudulent website. Fraudulent description given to the victims. Fraudulent type of program (fact based documentary v political revenge).
