Many graduates from our Humana People to People Teacher Training Colleges join the Teachers Network, continuing collaboration beyond graduation. These resilient educators overcome resource challenges by innovating with local materials and working with parents to enhance education
Our Graduate Teacher Network is transforming rural classrooms with the TRIO Task System, which boosts critical thinking by encouraging students to work in TRIOs during lessons and homework, empowering learners to take ownership of their education while fostering teamwork.
Our Teacher Training Colleges are shaping educators who do more than teach; they transform education from the ground up. Our approach puts people at the centre, emphasizing community engagement, cultural understanding, and long-term development. #WorldTeachersDay#RuralTeachers

On #WorldTBDay, we honor the resilience of communities and individuals leading the fight against TB. Via grassroots collaboration we empower Malawians to overcome TB. Today, we celebrate lives saved, stigma dismantled, and healthier futures built hand-in-hand with communities.
As we celebrate the International Women’s Day, ending gender inequality remains a challenge faced with multiple crises threatening to push back the progress made so far.
Women need support at all societal levels to contribute as equals towards achieving sustainable development.
Our Total Control of TB programme prioritises reaching out to people living in remote and hard-to-reach geographical settings lacking access to public health services. We provide TB services at doorsteps, ensuring health access for all. #YesWeCanEndTB
We are making significant strides in strengthening community health services through The Global Fund - Adolescent Girls and Young Women (AGYW) Project in Balaka. The project is using the peer led approach and integrated service delivery targeting the AGYW who are at HIV risk.
Our environmental programs lead waste collection initiatives that enhance proper waste disposal & recycling, reducing public and environmental health impacts. We organise cleaning campaigns and promote reusable bags and bottles to minimise single-use plastics. #ReduceReuseRecycle
