@JioCare We have paid Rs.1000 as deposit. There is no option to get a refund for JioFiber in official website too.

Working from home with phone hotspot for the last 7 days. These guys won’t refund or give us a connection and are literally hanging the call in the name of customer support

We contacted the support team more than 20 times. Everyone asks for another chance and the installation schedule gets pushed day by day.

Worst customer support.

If we ask for refund, every customer support person is redirecting the call to another team and calls gets cut abruptly.

It is their way of escaping the cancellation.

One support person literally hung up the call when we ask for refund.

@makemytrip, you got to hire real support people. These AI bots are just repeating the same statements and it’s of no use.
