A5- 1st step- take a deep breath. Our families, students, and staff need us to be focused and calm. From there, continue to involved all stakeholders in the process and lean on your team. Open communication is key! None of us can do this work alone. #LeaderEdChat

A4: Regular communication with families and students is absolutely key! Schedule 1:1 time to listen and then develop a plan to improve. Trainings for students and families is a must! #LeaderEdChat

A3: I think this one comes down to relationships and building a community. If your students feel safe, they won’t feel the need to cheat. Also, learning is a process so I have no problem with a guardian helping a child. This needs to be a team effort by all. #LeaderEdChat
