@thapaprabhat63 Bro, you ignored the fact purposefully, these two cases are different. Rabi was not only CEO, he was Managing Director with substantial shareholding, Rupesh is only MD, and it is most likely that he doesnt have idea. Case would have been different, if he holds shares
