I was doing fine (lies, I was distracting myself from my trauma) when I remembered this quote from Dead Poets Society "And medicine, law, business, engineering, these are noble pursuits and necessary to sustain life.
Just this week though I found myself feeling angry and anxious, with catastrophising thrown in, in reaction to a situation that had come up and what it might lead to. I know its pretty much out of my control or even influence, which is part of my frustration.
